This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit lb-digital-solutions.de, contact us, or use the iOS app “Qi Gong Meditation Timer”.

2. Website delivery and hosting
The website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit it, the hosting provider processes technical connection data, in particular your IP address, request time, requested file, HTTP status and, where available, browser and operating system details. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its security and investigate faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is secure and reliable website operation. Log data is deleted when no longer needed for operation, troubleshooting or the investigation of security incidents, subject to legal retention duties.
3. Cookies and external content
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services. Fonts, design and site files are served locally. External websites, such as OnAirHive, are contacted only when you follow a link to them.
4. Email and app support
If you contact us by email or submit the support form, we process your email address, message and the details you choose to provide so that we can reply. Form requests are saved in a private support inbox for up to 180 days and forwarded to our temporary support address, info@onairhive.de. An email handoff does not guarantee delivery. Short-lived, keyed connection data and form tokens are used to prevent duplicate submissions and abuse; these records expire after approximately two hours and are not attached to your support request. For contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries and abuse prevention, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding and protecting the service. Email correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request, answer follow-up questions or meet legal retention duties. Hosting and email providers may process the data for delivery and security. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. 6. Privacy of the iOS app
According to the app provider, “Qi Gong Meditation Timer” does not collect user data. The app does not use analytics or cloud services and does not integrate with HealthKit. If you voluntarily contact support, section 4 applies; this is separate from using the app.
